This is what it looks like on hour 8.
I’m working on slow smoking a pork butt. I started in the grill with:
Mosquite smoked pork butt on the gas grill.
However, I ran out of gas and had to move it to the oven after 4 hours.
I’m just waiting to find out how it is.
